Maltese President Coleiro Preca awarded

MALTA, La Valletta, October 14, 2017 - An important ceremony was held on the picturesque island of Malta, coordinated by ESIA Malta representative Philip M. Chircop.In the presence of Commander General Dr. Pietro Passariello, and the Army Staff General Prof. Orazio Mezzetti, with senior leaders of the organization, ESIA, NATO's support agency, honored the distinguished merits of the Maltese President with its first international award.

With the lively and solemn participation of several prominent figures in the Maltese political scene, such as the Honourable Antony Agius Decelius, Secretary of Parliament and of the Ministry of Family and Social Solidarity, and the Mayor of Santa Venera, Dr. Stephen Sultana, the President of the Republic of Malta, Maria Louise Coleiro Preca, was officially awarded the diploma of appointment as "Diplomatic Council Member" of ESIA – Malta, crowning her high professionalism, commendable ability, and exemplary moral character in her humanitarian work.
